天然の乾燥ひょうたんに様々な加工をし中に電球を入れて間接照明にしています。

一粒の種が大地の恩恵、暖かな太陽や静かな月の光、爽やかな風や、時には激しい雨風にさらされ、花を咲かせて、ようやく稔ったひょうたん。

ひょうたんの花の花言葉は、

『繁栄・夢・円満・利得』

です。

こうして稔ったひょうたんがランプとなり、

皆さんに眺めていただいたり、

皆さんの日常の中でほっとする優しい空間をつくるお手伝いにしていただけると考えるとなんだかロマンを感じます。

天然のものなので一つとして同じものがなく、

微妙なカーブや厚み、ひょうたん自体が持っているオリジナルの色素により、ランプにした時に全く違う印象を与えてくれる、本当に味わい深く、和の心をくすぐるランプ達。。

ひょうたんの穴から溢れてる光の粒、

その光の粒が集まって壁に移る光の絵は、

人のこころを引きつけてやみません。

少しでも、いい時間を過ごせる空間演出が出来るように、日々とりくんでいます。

Do you know what a Gourd lamp is? 

It is made from calabash based gourds.I drill and carve patterns into the dried hard-shell natural gourds and let the LED light in to make it in indirect lightings.

One tiny seed that has raised. The seed that has been nurtured from the earth, bathed from the warm rays of sunlights and cool moonbeams, swaying in the fresh breezes and sometimes washed by the strong rains and gushes of wind has fullbloom its flower and turned into a gift as a Go

 

The flower language of the Gourd is:

"prosperity/dream/ harmonious/"

I carve and give birth to these gifts of nature into lamps.Itsdelightful to see people come and look at my works.And its such a pleasure if my crafts will make your space a cozy andwarm place and help you feel comfortable in your daily life.

Each Gourd is natural so its different and unique. Nothing is the same.

The curves and the thickness of the shell and the original colour makes each lamp so interesting and enrich. The lamps arouses my Japanese spirit.  

The rays coming through the cracks of the gourd and the beads of lights scattering through the room making patterns attracts people.

When you see the light turns the room into a exotic and dreamlike space, and you listen carefully, what do you feel? Those moments of feelings that you can't put in words? What will it be?
